1. Who is responsible
This website presents ATCORE GROUP as an umbrella business identity and ATCore Enterprises as the principal operating or trade name, subject to applicable registration and statutory requirements. The current structure described for the group is one proprietor, one sole proprietorship and four business verticals. Before publication, insert the proprietor’s full legal name and required contact or registered particulars here. The group brand and vertical names are not separate legal entities.
2. Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, message, and optionally your organisation and phone number. You can select a business vertical and enquiry category. Please do not include sensitive personal information, medical records, financial account details or other information that is not needed to respond.
3. What happens when you submit
In this prototype, the form validates fields in your browser and prepares an email addressed to info@atcoregroup.in using your device’s email application. The website does not itself transmit the form to a server or maintain a website-side enquiry database. If you choose to send the prepared email, it will be handled by your email service and received in the mailbox used for enquiries. Confirm the actual mailbox access, storage, forwarding, security and deletion practices before launch.
The site uses session storage briefly to carry your selected business vertical from a vertical page into the enquiry form. The selection is removed after the form reads it. This prototype does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Re-check the deployed site and any hosting, analytics, form or consent tools before publication.
4. How enquiry information may be used
Information received through an enquiry may be used to understand and respond to your request, direct it to the relevant business vertical, and maintain necessary business correspondence. Do not rely on this draft as a final description of processing purposes or the legal basis for processing; these must be confirmed against actual operations and applicable law.
5. Service providers and external resources
This prototype loads typefaces from Google Fonts. A visitor’s browser may make requests to that service. The business-vertical illustrations are stored locally with the website. Confirm final font sourcing and third-party processing, or self-host approved font files. The production hosting provider and any email, analytics or form providers must be identified in the published notice if applicable.
6. Retention, security and your requests
The actual retention period, access controls, security practices and process for handling requests to access, correct or erase information must be confirmed before publication. To ask a privacy-related question or make a request, email info@atcoregroup.in. Add any additional contact details and applicable complaint or grievance process after legal review.
7. Children and changes
This website is intended for general business enquiries. The operator should confirm whether it is directed to children and add suitable measures if needed. This notice should be updated when the website or its data practices change, with an accurate revision date.
8. Applicable requirements
Privacy and data protection requirements and their commencement may change. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 include phased commencement provisions.
